I am 5'6" 138 lbs (athletic, slightly curvy) - 27" waist, 38" butt. These fit so well. Perfect length with a high(ish) rise. I love ultra high rise jeans and barrel often don't have high enough rise for me. These satisfy my need for it to nip in the waist and have that great stylish barrel leg. The ...black is washed black so it is greyer than black, but absolutely awesome! There is no stretch, and my normal size 27 fits perfectly.
Nice jeans, heavy so maybe good for fall but wonder if sizing off. I hate giving so few stars but sizing is important. These are at least 2" too big in the waist even after washing and drying to try to shrink them. I always buy slightly larger to allow shrinkage and thought I needed to go up but the...se are giant. Maybe I should have gone down 1 size by the chart, but these would have still been too big. Unfortunately popped tags off expecting a fit so can't return.Live and learn.

I really love the color and lighter weight of these jeans. They look fashion forward but the leg shape is not too wide. The only thing I would say about the fit is that they run snug around the hips and waist. At 5'75" they are a good length right at the ankle.

These are so, so flattering! Not east to find in jeans. They really make your waist appear to be smaller as they gently fall smoothly around the hips and then curve into the barrel. Not too much but just right! I feel great in them. Thank you.

I'm obsessed with these jeans!! I have them in green and now a medium washed denim. The fit is perfect for me, just loose enough in the hips to be super comfortable and non restrictive. Can style them up or down!! And very true to size, depending on how you want them to fit.

The left leg was clearly minimum one and a half inches wider on back of leg. Obviously no expecting because you could clearly see a line where material was folded over when cut. Right leg was perfect. I also sized up as suggested by others for waist bit was still quite tight.

Can't beat the quality and price of these on trend barrel leg jean. Feel great and the barrel is just right on my 5'3 petite frame. Got my usual size in the petite length and it's terrific. If you're looking to dip your toe into this trend this is a good option particularly if you get them on sale which I did.
