To Replace a Lost or Stolen Gift Card

Contact us for information on replacing a lost or stolen gift card. Any replacement will only include the remaining balance at the time the loss or theft is reported, and you must provide the original receipt or order number to receive one. |
If you lost or misplaced your eGiftCard, just click the link in the original email and print it out again. If your eGiftCard was stolen, call Cashstar customer support at 855-835-3753. Cashstar can cancel the original eGiftCard and issue you a new one for the remaining value. |
To Cancel an eGift Card
If the delivery date is still in the future, call CashStar customer service support at 866-853-9918 to cancel your purchase.
If the delivery date is today or in the past, the purchase can't be cancelled or returned.
