I am 5'4" 130lbs, and the small fit me perfectly. The length is just right and the band comfortably sits on your waist. I hate pajama pants that are too tight around the waist, but these, literal perfection! These are loosely fitted but not too loose where you look huge. If you want comfy, these are... it!!!
