My measurements are 28" waist 41" hips and I'm about 5'5". I ordered the medium petite. I typically opt for petite since I have shorter legs and longer torso. These are just slightly too short compared to the other petite Gap pants I've gotten. I purchased the Easy Double Knee Barrel Pants in a Sma...ll Petite and those fit much better in length. Yes I was expecting these to be slightly cropped, but they're more cropped than I'm used to. As for the actual size, the hip area was tighter than expected. I ended up giving these to my mom who is slightly shorter and slimmer than me and she loves them!
But they are completely riddled with holes where the back pockets meet the fabric, and along the crotch seam. I've been wearing them consistently since I bought less than two months ago and washing according to label, but for the price I feel like the fabric shouldn't be this flimsy?!

Overall I like the pants - I have them in the black and cream. However I don't recommend the black pair with the raw edge bc it washes terribly, so much string hanging off now and the ends look so frazzled. Wish I could return them. The photo included was from one wash.

So cute! Got an XS PETITE and I'm 4'10" and hit at my ankle. I usually wear 25 and the XS PETITE was the perfect fit. Hits right below my belly button. I got the medium indigo color (I don't want frayed hems). I hope they make this in more colors/washes.
