So glad they are back

So happy to have these back in my life! I am 5'7" and very short waisted and SLIGHTLY long-legged, where many "regular" (32" usually) inseams are just slightly too short and a long is too long unless in heels. These have always been perfect, and the reissue of them remains perfect. I just wish ther...

Not like the old Long and Leans

I looooved this style and it was my go-to for years. When Gap discontinued them, I first bought a bunch and then took some time to find a replacement. (But every now and then, I would check online to see if my beloved jeans came back.) So imagine my absolute delight when these came back!! And they'...

I bought this because of the sailor pants. I bought it in 2 colors and when I went to put it on it barely got it past my thighs. I'm not a slim person so I think if anyone has a curvier figure the sizing will be off.

Gap's sizing has been so inconsistent as of late. Do not buy these online. The color is cute, they're stretchy and land right below my belly button (for reference I'm 4'11 and I usually wear a size 28), my only problem is that this "denim" is too stretchy, it's thin, I can't imagine this holding up.

Love them, but inconsistent sizing.

I'm typically a size 29 but read a few reviews saying they ran big, so I decided to buy Dark Rinse in a 28 and Sailor Blue in a 29 to see which size fit better. While they both fit, the Sailor Blue pair marked as 29 are actually a tighter fit than the Dark Rinse pair, which is marked as 28!! The jeans are different "styles" (one has button detailing and the other is a more classic jean look) so I wonder if this has to do with the size inconsistency. I guess I got lucky that both sizes fit me, and I don't mind the slightly looser fit of the Dark Rinse. They're also both very flattering, so while I do recommend them, be warned the sizing is weird.

True to size, very flattering

I'm obsessed with these jeans! I usually wear a 26 in jeans from other brands, and the 26 fit me perfectly. These jeans are so flattering and can be dressed up or dressed down. 100% recommend!

I'm 5'7" and typically wear a size 2 across most brands. Ordered a size 26 Regular in the black and the dark indigo. The black was so much looser than the dark indigo, it felt like I was wearing two completely different sizes. Also, something important to note for anyone with a longer inseam; I've noticed that Gap's pants tend to run a bit short. My inseam is about 33in and these pants ended at my ankles. If you want your pants to hit the floor, these might not be the pants for you.

Great for tall girls, but runs big

I'm consistently a 29Tall in Gap jeans. I bought the Seamed Split-hem in 29T. They're big all around. I'm 5'10" and these are too long for me unless I'm willing to wear a heel. Not looking to be taller. Lol. Tall inseam is 35", but regular inseam is 31". Their size chart mentions a Long being an in-between inseam, but this is not an option. I reordered in 28T and fingers crossed.
