I sized down to a L based on reviews. I also got a petite, because I prefer an ankle pant. The length is perfect for me (5'6"), but the rise is a little short. I'm Apple-shaped, so my stomach is definitely the issue not the pants. The fabric is like a heavy tshirt, and they feel amazing. I love the ...wide leg, as it has a great swing without being too wide. These are the kind of pants that will be perfect for travel, and they can be dressed up or down. I live where it is hot and humid, and I don't want a full length, heavy pant. I want something that can be worn with flip flops or cute sneakers. It's also so nice that Gap and ON have so many items that are cotton and not synthetics. These pants are giving free people vibes at a much better price!
I'm a 32/33/XL in pretty much all things Gap, unless it's something super fitted. I don't have a big waist/hip difference. I'm 5'9" with a long torso and shorter legs (usually a 30" inseam). These pants hit me just at the ankle, maybe a tad below. I prefer pants like these to hit the top of the foot.... The waistband is the problem. It's a narrow elastic with no drawstring, and it's loose. If I put anything in the not-very-big pockets, the pants fall down. They need a drawstring or wider/more robust elastic or both. I usually have to size up in pants for the waist to fit so they're big in the butt. Not these. I got the red. It does not match the chakra red tee….close, but the tee is a little darker. I did not buy the tank because I'm not a fan of "cropped" and this one wasn't available in a tall in red. I do like the fabric a lot, it's a slightly rough knit but still not too heavy for warmer weather. However, these cost too much to fit this badly.

I have two pairs and really want more. The problem is they seem to sell out as soon as they restock. I hope another restock is in the future. These pants are so comfy for work and travel, and can be dressed up or down. I love that the waist band is not thick or too tight. I need more colors please.

I'm so happy these got restocked so I could buy a 2nd pair! Now I want a 3rd and they are sold out in my size again. They are perfect for work and also such an elevated alternative to sweatpants for days when I want to be comfy but put-together. For reference, I got a size small and the fit is great. I am 5'3" and typically wear a 2 or 4 on the bottom and XS on top.
