Great spring pant

I sized down to a L based on reviews. I also got a petite, because I prefer an ankle pant. The length is perfect for me (5'6"), but the rise is a little short. I'm Apple-shaped, so my stomach is definitely the issue not the pants. The fabric is like a heavy tshirt, and they feel amazing. I love the ...

Fit is bad.

I'm a 32/33/XL in pretty much all things Gap, unless it's something super fitted. I don't have a big waist/hip difference. I'm 5'9" with a long torso and shorter legs (usually a 30" inseam). These pants hit me just at the ankle, maybe a tad below. I prefer pants like these to hit the top of the foot...

Almost wish I got regular inseam instead of petite. But I'll just air dry. They're not too short, technically, but I think I like when they drag a little bit. Wish there was a drawstring inside and the pockets a bit deeper. Tiny bit loose but will work. The material is the best part. Lightweight and soft. I'll wear them to teach and for general use. They're nice enough to dress up or down. Despite the minor flaws, I would buy another pair.

I like them. They're great for traveling. It just seems to be more of a flare pant than a wide leg? Maybe I received a wonky pair.

Disappointing

I bought both the black and brown pants. I was wary of the initial reviews on the brown knit pants, but jumped the gun. The brown had splots of discolouration as if it were dip-dyed rather than the fabric being brown. It was also considerably heavier than the black pants. If you're curvier and have a fuller figure or hips, steer clear or size up to an XL to ensure a comfortable fit. These are more like sweatpants or pyjama pants, if anything.

Comments about Knit Wide-Leg Pants

Ordered these for my 15 year-old daughter who is about 150 and 5 foot seven. Ordered a medium tall. she loves the fit, they're wide but not crazy wide and they are long enough for her. Material is soft the rise hits right below her belly button. I think these are her new favorite pants. #sweepstakes

These are so comfortable. Wash in cold water as they can lose colour. But are perfect.

These pants are amazing. They fit really well. Size medium fit and for reference, I'm 170 lbs. Regular length fit perfectly and I'm 5'4. They are super comfortable and can be dressed up or down. I have 2 pairs and love them.

The fabric is really soft but I am 5'4 and I find them a little short! Still they are very nice and comfy! The only thing is that there was a whole in them on the side of the leg.

I like them but bought them because it said you could use a workweek. Umm, no. These are straight up sweatpants.
