I usually wear a M or L in button-down blouses but I bought a XS and the fit is perfect for my style. For reference I am in my 70's, bust 38DD, approx 160 lbs, 5'4" tall. Length is mid hip in front, below hip in the back. Size up if you prefer oversize look rather then classic.

Love it! The fabric quality is very good. It's not a see through linen, it has a bit of heft which is so nice to not to have to wear a tank under it. It does run large so I went down a size and it's still generous. Great, classic blouse.
