My daughter loves this sweatshirt. So cozy and "not itchy" or "scratchy". It is Super soft and it is warm. Also great quality.
Nearly a month ago I ordered this sweatshirt and I have yet to receive it . Tracked it & I noticed it has been in my town for 10 days and every day it says it's going to be delivered by 9 PM and it is not. I have no idea where this shirt is and when I called the customer service they were absolutely... no help at all Last time I order on line from Gap
