I ordered the HOT RED and the color was pretty spot on. I wanted a lose feel for the summer heat, but sizing up made it too "boxy" looking. I would advise ordering your regular size. The sleeve length was good for a short sleeve, color great, style is very cute; the only reason I am returning the it...em is that the knit fabric is tissue paper thin. I was in need of a professional look, but you could see my bra even with the hot red color. In addition, it honestly looked like you'd be only able to wear it once or twice and the seams would be pulling apart, the knit fiber was so thin in the serger made seams.
Wore for 2 hours of running errands (returns at 2 stores and gas, not marathon shopping where my arms were swinging for hours), and noticed light pilling already, which is ridiculous. This might be a "sit down" sweater, not a sweater to move in, which is sad, because it's a perfect fit.

While the sweater itself looks great, unfortunately it is not washable as advertised. I bought these sweaters in three different colours because they looked great but when I wash them (following instructions), they shrunk in a weird way. and they came out ruined. The neckline and sleeve cuffs puckered. I have bought merino wool sweaters from the Gap before and never had any issues with them. I love merino wool. Before washing the fit was great so I am so disappointed.

Even when washed on cold/delicate or hand washed, the cuffs and hem shrink, leading to an odd shape and making the fabric of the shirt hang in an unflattering way. Would not have purchased if they could only truly be dry cleaned!

This is a very light-weight sweater that had an unexpected sheerness. It machine washed well and did not shrink on medium tumble dryer heat. This pairs well with the Gap 365 trousers for a great business casual ensemble.

Nice shirt. Fits as expected. Sleeves are long enough for good coverage. Lightweight. Be careful though, material is thin and can snag.
