I'm 5'4", 190lbs and I have a 40" bust, 35" waist, and 47" hips- In GAP brands I fit anything from a medium to an extra large but I'm typically a medium or large top and an XL bottom. After reading the reviews I went with an XL and I would say it's a small XL but mostly because of the cut of the sle...eves and bust, which if it were cut closer to the body would have a better, more flexible fit. That said, it's lovely- the fabric is a great weight and it'll be a good summer outfit for the office then out to a casual event.
It's actually funny because after weeks of not receiving my package I finally got this long awaited dress. Finally! Looking at the tag it said M petite but the label on the dress said XS petite. No way that was gonna work and explained why it looked so tiny. All that just to have to return it

I love it the fit is perfect every where except the sleeves. For whatever reason the sleeves are very tight. For hat reason I'm going to return. Not sure if it's an isolated case or they are all sewn wrong with sleeves. Supur bummed because everything else about this dress is perfect.

I really wanted this dress and decided to go for it. I got a small thinking it looked loose enough. The arm holes are just really tight, like it was hard to get it off. I wish o had gone for a medium.
