I am 5'6, 140lbs with a 27 inch natural waist and 32 inch inseam. I have a short torso, and wider hips. I ordered the Medium in Regular length. The quality is amazing, the fabric is exactly what you'd expect from Gap. I have tried so many shades of brown pants this spring and this is by far the best..., most luxurious shade or brown I've found across brands. I bought these pants a size up knowing that I wanted a baggier fit, and recognizing that I would need to wear them lower on my hips if I wanted the length I was going for. I am not a fan of a cropped length, I want my linen pants hitting across the middle of my foot for that truly styled look. I debated about whether or not to get the Tall length, and while I think that would have been too long on me, I probably could have achieved a similar overall vibe by buying the Small, Tall. As it stands, I will only be able to wear this pair with flats which is okay with me. The thigh is a little slimmer than true wide leg.
I bought two pairs of these pants for spring/summer 2025 and *lived* in them for the entire summer. So this year, I doubled down and bought them in a bunch of colors in the same size. I'm so sad that they are about 1.5" shorter than the same size from the previous year, and the hip/thigh is much sli...mmer. The waistband is the same measurement. They still look cute, but they don't have nearly the same drape/ease as last year's version. All in all, still worth it, but a big flag for repeat purchasers!

The Brown gingham is so cute! I'm usually a M/L but liked how the S fit me. I could have gone with M but it was a bit baggier than I wanted. This is going to be a summer staple for me!!

gapcanada.ca/They are a comfortable fabric. I bought a small, 5'5" 130lbs, and at first wear they looked and felt perfect; however, within hours they ballooned out and ended up looking like clown pants. You get what you pay for, I guess. Not good at all.

These are really cute and fit well but they tend to shrink after washing. I don't recommend putting them in the dryer unless you really want to shrink them!

Very good quality of linen. Material is the thicker linen not thin. I loved the length, definitely tall girl friendly. The brown was like a faded brown. I was hoping to get the matching too later but it sold out. I only returned because I dropped weight recently and the were a littlte to big. I ordered a 2XL , Im 5'4 and 234 lbs.

I have these in the dark brown and white. I've found that the brown has noticeably faded after washing. I've worn them maybe 30 times so they are well loved, but I wish the dye had more staying power.

Love love love these pants! Comfy cute and true to size for Gap clothing. I typically wear a small petite in this type of Gap pants and they fit perfectly. I am 5' 5" and don't consider myself "petite", but a regular small is too long. Definitely recommend these pants

I got the brown checkered version in M (160lbs, 5'6) and they fit really nicely. They were super flattering, extremely comfortable, and I could wear them on a plane or at work and they worked for both. HOWEVER, I washed them once on cold, hung them to dry, and they shrunk from full length to ankle length. They still look fine with flats, but I'm a little disappointed. I wish I had bought the "Tall" version so they would still be full pants.
