I am 5'6, 140lbs with a 27 inch natural waist and 32 inch inseam. I have a short torso, and wider hips. I ordered the Medium in Regular length. The quality is amazing, the fabric is exactly what you'd expect from Gap. I have tried so many shades of brown pants this spring and this is by far the best..., most luxurious shade or brown I've found across brands. I bought these pants a size up knowing that I wanted a baggier fit, and recognizing that I would need to wear them lower on my hips if I wanted the length I was going for. I am not a fan of a cropped length, I want my linen pants hitting across the middle of my foot for that truly styled look. I debated about whether or not to get the Tall length, and while I think that would have been too long on me, I probably could have achieved a similar overall vibe by buying the Small, Tall. As it stands, I will only be able to wear this pair with flats which is okay with me. The thigh is a little slimmer than true wide leg.
I bought two pairs of these pants for spring/summer 2025 and *lived* in them for the entire summer. So this year, I doubled down and bought them in a bunch of colors in the same size. I'm so sad that they are about 1.5" shorter than the same size from the previous year, and the hip/thigh is much sli...mmer. The waistband is the same measurement. They still look cute, but they don't have nearly the same drape/ease as last year's version. All in all, still worth it, but a big flag for repeat purchasers!

I got these in the mail at 3:30 and was having a party at 5. I put them on and never took them off. My houseguests all said Immediately that I looked taller. Now, I'm 5'1" so I was shocked. I love them. Had so many compliments on them at the party. 2 ladies came up to me and wanted to know where I got them as they wanted them also.. I thought they were a little long so I washed them later on and put them im the dryer, which I would never normally do and they did shrink in the length a bit so now they are perfect. As a short person who thought I could never wear wide leg pants, I'm now sold on wearing them. Want to buy more of them. The blue striped pants are gorgeous. Great material…lightweight and flowy. I'm 5'1" and 120 lbs. I had to go down a few sizes so the pants would be short enough for me. I bought a petite xs……love these wide leg pants.

I washed these in cold and air dried. There is no way I would use heat on anything linen/rayon for risk of shrinking despite what the instructions on the garment may state. They did not shrink, but even after 20 minutes, my commercial grade steamer could not get the wrinkles out. I gave up irons years ago, but will need to purchase one for these pants. I have many items that are 100% linen, and steaming works great with them. I'm guessing the addition of rayon is the problem here.

Love the color and feel of these! I don't typically have to size up in my pants, but a medium was a little too snug in the hips. For reference, I'm 5'6" and about 150 Ibs, I usually wear a size 8 or medium.
