the hat was crammed into the box and seems to have permanent folds in the brim -- there is no possible way to wear it as the front of the brim folds down over your face!

A nice hat, perfect fit for me, well made, strong straw, light color…I love all about it. If windy then it's practical. No wind…still perfect. Glad I found this one for Summer at the lake or strolling around in town.
Finally a black straw wide brimmed hate that fits my big head (I got the M/L) and is absolutely smashing - as good as the $$$ ones at pricey dept stores! GREAT hat that I would pay double for!

Love the quality and detail of this hat. You the the beautiful scarf or hide it into the hat. I was fully hat person for years but the last hat I received for Christmas barely made it through my vacation down south, never again

I know I have a small head, but it's at least two inches taller that it should be. Its good shade though and the scarf that ties it on is very nice.
