So I am a 27 or 28 depending on the brand (5'4" 120 lbs). I listened to reviews and ordered a couple 29s and many 30s and I sampled each color. The 29s fit well through the hips and waist and the thighs were not 'tight' per say, but I like a little looser in the thighs. They were definitely fitted t...hrough the thighs. The 30s were comfortable through the thighs but loose in the waist and butt. If I move the button over an inch and a half they'll be perfect for me, but I wish I didn't have to. Bottom line - These jeans are jut too slim in the thighs and its kind of a tacky out dated look in my opinion. FYI, I don't have thunder thighs by any means lol.
I'm not sure if it's the sizing or the cut of these, but I was barely able to get them over my hips. I checked to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered children's jeans. I own about 15 pairs of Gap jeans all in a size 25P, which is what I ordered these in. I was not able to get them over my hips, ...and if I had the rise would have been more like a low rise. I understand the rise is adjusted for petite, but this was ridiculous. I have no interest in ordering these in a size up because the fit just seems completely off.

Comments about High Rise ’90s Slim Straight Crop Jeans
These High Rise '90s Slim Straight Crop Jeans are honestly perfect. The fit is so flattering—snug in the right places but still relaxed enough to feel comfortable all day. The high rise gives that effortless vintage look, and the cropped length hits just right with sneakers or sandals. The denim feels high quality (not too stiff, not too stretchy), so they hold their shape without feeling restrictive. I also love how versatile they are—you can dress them up with a blazer or keep it casual with a tee. If you're looking for that classic, timeless jean that actually fits well, these are it. Definitely a staple in my closet now! #sweepstakes

Cute straight leg jeans that fit good in a nice shade of pink. I sized up one after reading reviews, but I should NOT have, there's a large gap in the waist. For me, these ran true to size. Im sure they'll stretch some too. They're a bit long in regular, but not offered (or available) in petite or short. Bummer. Definitely a high rise and thicker jean, won't be good in the summer heat.

gapcanada.ca/I bought two pair in black, 27 regular and a 28 petite and both of them were swimming on me. I normally wear a size 27 in every style of gap jeans. I still liked the thick fabric of the black ones so I wear to work. I tried a regular 27 in the tinted medium and they are so small on me. How disappointing that the sizing fluctuates so much.

Definitely runs small compared to other Gap jeans I have. (I have 90s High Rise jeans in the same size that fit much larger). The crop cut seemed to have a slight "kick out" (flare) shape on me. I could try a size — or two! — up but I'm not sure it feels worth the trouble. I did like the color of the dark indigo, but it actually wasn't as dark as expected.

These pants are extremely flattering. The high waist an the flared leg are great. I got the pale yellow and can't wait for spring to wear them.

gapcanada.ca/Usually a 28 in GAP jeans and sized up to 29. They are perfectly comfortable. Love that they are not extremely high rise as I have a short torso. I've finally found what I was looking for.

I'm 5'1 142 and wear between 28-29 p . I got these in a 29p after reading reviews. I didn't listen, but you should. You may need to go up 2 sizes for these to fit. They also run short, even for petite. And the color looks cheap. Not a fan, returning
