I agree with the other reviewers that the black does not match the stock photo and is a true, solid black, but this was actually my preference. I also got the navy and those are a washed look. These are so, so cute and are great "mom" pants to wear around and be comfortable while also cute. I have w...orn then as true sweats around the house or dressed up a bit with a sweater. I ordered my true size L and I did not find the waistband too tight, but it is fitted.
I purchased the navy pair and I was obsessed with them and needed them in every color they offered. The pink pair is so cute, but everything they touch gets stained pink. I wore them to bed and my white linen sheets are now completely pink. I've washed them several times and nothing has helped. So s...kip the pink ones, but the navy ones are incredible!

I purchased the navy pair and I was obsessed with them and needed them in every color they offered. The pink pair is so cute, but everything they touch gets stained pink. I wore them to bed and my white linen sheets are now completely pink. I've washed them several times and nothing has helped. So skip the pink ones, but the navy ones are incredible!

Very cute, but the dye comes off on everything. I first noticed it on my sheets when I slept in them - pink tint that won't wash out. So I tried handwashing them separately, and put them on a towel to dry. The towel now has pink stains, as does the plastic basin I washed them in. I'm scared to wear them in case I sit on something light-colored and get it pink. I'm scared to put them in the laundry. Not really sure what to do with them now.

Sizing is spot on. Cinch at waist is perfect. Love the color. Not sure why they are called "heavyweight". It is a lighter fabric. Not as barrel as I would have liked. Look more like just wide leg. Love that it's 100% cotton.
