I love the colour, fabric and the whole concept, and they looked great in the rear and thighs. But, I couldn't get the button or zipper done up. I'd have to size up at least two sizes and I think that would change the fit in the back and thighs. Maybe these aren't made for curves?

I almost kept these because they would have filled a void for me. The leg shape is that just-right not-too-fitted, not-too-billowy look I was going for, and the Medium Indigo wash is ideal. The fit in the hips and waist was off though. The waist was actually tough to button in my normal size 28 yet left a big gap in the back. Normally a waist gap doesn't bug me - I'm used to it and don't mind wearing a belt, but this was too large. The hips also had a bit of bagginess that didn't look right. So it was an odd combination of too small and too large at the same time? I knew I wouldn't love them with those fit flaws, so I returned. Gap, please continue to give us more mid-rise styles (low-rise too), but you may need to tweak your fits.

These run at least one size small in the Medium Indigo.

The style and fit of these jeans are great. Relaxed but not sloppy, a nice mid-weight denim thats not too stretchy. I do feel they run a bit big, but i have very narrow hips so that could be the issue since these are a lower rise than i'm used to. Gap calls these jeans a mid-rise, but they feel very low to me, at least 2 inches below my belly button, so beware!

I previously ordered a Size 27 in these, and I could get them on but they were a little tight. I returned those and ordered a Size 28, and they are so tight I can't even get them on. How is a size 28 smaller than a size 27??

Like the other person said, these sit more like low-rise. It gives me a weird fit and it doesn't look snatched iykwim. Just makes me look a little wide and bulky.

I purchased 28 Petite. I am 5'3", 140 lb; I usually buy 28 or size 6 or 8. These pants are too small. I couldn't even close them. Pants look great though, exactly like on the pictures.
