This sweater is lovely and a beautiful heritage piece. However, this is vastly smaller than similar gap sweaters. The other 100% cotton sweaters I have from this season are all XS - I'm 5'9" and 120lbs, I have to size up to a L to get a similar fit - otherwise the sleeves are SO short and the sweate...r looks too cropped. My normal XS or S literally looks like a child's sweater. I'd take at least one, if not two, sizes up from your normal GAP sweater size.
Bought two - brown and off white. Brown fits perfectly (slim, not tight; short, not cropped) but white (definitely not off white) was noticeably bigger and arms were pieced together wrong, creating bulges on top of shoulder. Kept the brown (love) and returned the white. Mixed review is for the incon...sistency in sizing and quality control. Pro tip: size up if you want to put this sweater in the dryer. It's 100% cotton and will shrink.

This is not good. First of all, it is weirdly tiny. Surely the model sized up at least two sizes to achieve that look. For the price, I expected something nicer. I would say this looks like something you would find on a sale rack at Old Navy. I am going to return it.

#sweepstakes Nice thickness and shape! I bought the white and brown sweaters in the same size (S Petite, for 5'0" and 90 lbs), but the white one fits a bit larger. I still really like both and would recommend them.

Hard to find a 100% cotton sweater out there anymore so grabbed this when I saw it. Rolled neck is nicer than just a crew neckline I usually take a small but took a large so it was roomy and not too short
