I was pleasantly surprised and decided to keep the black one. While it doesn't look like a $500–$1,000 jacket, the quality is far better than the price point suggests. Yes, it's faux leather, but it's comfortable, quite warm, and doesn't feel really cheap. For around $100, I was genuinely impressed.... I styled it with a few higher-end pieces to elevate the overall look. For reference, I'm typically a big XS and found the XS to run generous—almost slightly oversized—which worked well for layering a sweater underneath!
This jacket never arrived and the Gap told me I would have to file a claim with UPS. UPS told me k has to file a claim with the Gap. The Gap told me I had waited too long (30days) and told me to file with my credit card company. They a,so had the nerve to order it again and they would give me a disc...ount. Which is already on the website. So now I am out nearly $140 and I have no jacket. Still waiting to hear from the credit card company. Very disappointing customer service.

I received the jacket today and am pleasantly surprised with the quality and fit. I am 5'7", 150 lbs and size S fits well with an oversized look much like the ad model, plenty of room for comfortable layering underneath. Seems like it would be warm enough for all but the coldest days with layering. Appreciate the large patch pockets.

I like the jacket ,it's a little boxy but I didn't mind. Definitely oversized, if you are between sizes go down. It looks cozy and cute, BUT….. it pills badly . I don't think will last , so unfortunately I will return it!!

Better than expected! This jacket is soft, versatile and surprisingly warm. It's the perfect jacket to throw over jeans and lightweight sweater to complete your look. I'm 5'6" 135 and found the medium to be a great oversized fit.
