Let me just start by saying I have worn this almost every day I have owned it and I can't quit it! This coat is such a conversation piece and I am constantly complimented on it by strangers. It is so silky soft, feels pretty similar to a real fur coat. It is heavy but I love the weight of it and ...it is exceptionally warm for outside cold events. I do feel it runs on the bigger side, as I am typically a large in outerwear and I ordered a medium, which fits perfect with room for a sweater or thicker top. I am loving this so much I am thinking of buying a backup incase anything happens to my current coat. Buy it! You will not be sorry.
The jacket itself is of great quality! However, I wish it came in Tall sizing because it felt too short on my 5'11" frame. Additionally, I wish there wasn't quite so much bulk around the shoulder and collar area. I think if the jacket was longer, it would help. Overall it made me feel like a very r...ound fuzzball.

I was concerned about color that it would not work for my colouring or clothing, but the spots give I more versatility. I bought large on purpose as I love the luxe feel. This is really really nice jacket. Go gap!

I almost did not get the jacket because of some of the misleading reviews that was left on here. There are two hooks and a snap. The fur coat is like a breasted jacket. The snap is inside and the two hooks are further out. Take your time to look at the item you bought instead of jumping to conclusions to leave a bad review.

Beautiful coat but came with broken hook and smelling like cheap perfume. Will send you dry cleaner for repairs and to get smell out, what store sent it had to know it was a return and that it smelled. Very disappointed.

This is a great coat!! Super comfy and I love how thick and warm it is. The issue I am having is that the XS is HUGE on me. I love an oversized fit, but due to the faux fur, it almost swallows me. For reference, I am 5'1 and 110lbs. For anyone that is taller, it might just work better on you.

The quality of the faux fur is a pretty good value for the money. However gap should under no circumstances be selling this without a HEAVY discount, simply because one side has a hook closure but there is no eye on the other side, just the other half of a snap. So you can't close it because the closures are mismatched.
