My daughter received this as a Christmas present. She hadn't worn it, and took it off the hanger this week. It had never been washed. She noticed it had several small holes on it. I contacted GAP with the order information, and because it had been within the return window, they would do nothing. I think this is terrible customer service. A brand new sweatshirt shouldn't show signs of wear like that, even if it has been two months. I'll rethink ever shopping at The Gap again, that's for sure.

Absolutely obsessed !!! The colour is everything . Size L fit me great so soft and comfy. New favourite!
You cant wash it with anything even after multiple washes because the color washes out. My daughter got a tiny stain on it and i sprayed it and rubbed ir a little but and the color came completely out. Has a white spot on it not and ruined after having less than 2 months

My daughter has wanted this hoodie for at least a year, and we finally got it. It's very cute on her with the bright pink and the fit is cute. It does bleed all over everything. It turned her white bra pink just from trying it on in the store (this easily washed out of the bra). I made sure to wash the hoodie cold with old towels, and it did turn them pink. I will continue to wash it with towels until this stops! Still, such a cute piece.
