Thank you to Gap for letting me return these because they were flawed and I'm not able to wear them. I could not keep the strap up on the back of my heel, I tried loosening and tightening it and it would slip down either way.
I bought these twice now, sized up, sized down and no matter what, the back strap does not stay on your heel. The strap constantly falls down while walking. I've tried adjusting it to the smallest, nothing works. The strap is not sewn on correctly for a kitten heel. I have several pairs from Madewell and none of those have this issue. Do not recommend buying
