I've been buying my 4 year old daughter size 5 pants from everywhere else and they fit her, these size 5's are really huge(long) and baggy on the bum. I'm keeping one pair to throw through the wash/dryer and will see if they shrink as they're 96%cotton but likely size 4 bettee
I bought these leggings a year ago for my daughter. Then, they were a thicker cotton that felt sturdy and durable for a toddler. This year the leggings are thinner and feel lower quality. They are cute yes and run on the longer side.

Cute little bell-bottom leggings. Nice fabric. (Haven't washed yet, but I am sure they'll bleed; hand-wash separately first!) These are a bit too long for my granddaughter; they need to be turned at the waist, but otherwise a good fit.
