I typically wear a size 4-6 (S/M) in any Gap top. Let me tell you, I have bought and returned this vest TWICE and tried three different sizes (6/8/10) and it is still very tight on me. When I say size up, SIZE UP. I'm ordering size 12 to see if that will finally work for me. The sizing is so far off...

My 23 year-old daughter saw this vest in the laundry room, waiting to be washed. She picked it up, ran over to me and said, "Mommy is this yours?" I said "yes", and she said, "I love it ! This is the. denim. vest. Love the neckline so much and the zipper is so cute. The stitching at the west adds a feminine and flattering detail. Honestly a must have if you like a pop of denim in your summer wardrobe!

I'm hoping to be able to pin it and it won't be noticeable with my hair down, but it is a little annoying. I also really like the colour of the denim and I wasn't sure if I would from the photos online. I have a larger chest and can get away without a bra as well, as other reviews have stated which is always a win in my book. The denim does snatch you in which I love. Overall, 8/10. Two stars deducted for the neck gape.
