this coat is true like it's name. thick, cozy puffy coat. the inner is so soft and my sensitive skin had no issue with. the outer layer with silver stars is unique but not overly shiny. i purchased a 2t for my 15mo old girl but my 3years old boy tried on and fitted just right. i still believe my girl will be able to wear it now (in and out of the car, serving like a blanket so size is not a huge issue)and next winter. i was looking for longer length coat but warm for windy winter in Midwest. plus is great price while on sale.

It is nicely warm, soft and so pretty. Love the hearts. It is a good weight for cold weather. I really like the banded sleeves to keep the cold wind out. The thumb holds on sleeves are a bonus. It's perfect for my granddaughter.
