I Don't have a store local to me so I always have to order online. I read every review multiple times, looked at the size chart and the fit description. I'm 5'2" / 150 lbs. I ordered a petite large. The length was ideal, but this is a very roomie pant so I definitely need a medium. Disappointingly, ...they are out of petite mediums in every color so I really hope they restock! Unfortunately, I got these on sale so I will likely have to pay full price if they do restock. I can see how these could easily be dressed up or dressed down. I know a lot of people were not impressed by the Fabric, but I think it's fantastic. I'd also like to note that I found the online return/exchange process A bit annoying. If you want to do an exchange, you have to physically call customer service. At the time I could see the size that I wanted on the website but the rep couldn't so it wasn't an option for me to exchange them for the sale price. That was a huge bummer because I've watched these pants for months and that was the Only time I've seen them go on sale. I shop at gap and gap factory often and will continue to do so but I'm much better informed now
I got these in Tall because comments said Regular length was short on a 5"7-5"8 person. The tall were insanely too long. GAP , We need a LONG version for our 5"7-5"9 girls! The tall are too tall for a 5"7-5"8 person. I don't want my pants to short or to long, I like for them to drape just slightly.... Now I am going to have to hem theses pants

These fit great and are a good staple but within a month of just a few wears the bottom hem came undone. I always hang dried them and it still happened. The bottom thread hem is very thin and not well done. Unfortunately I'll have to take them to a tailor to patch it up. I got them on sale, but I wouldn't pay full price and there are a few other brands with much better quality that make the same thing

I love the pants but the hem came out on all four pair . The chocolate color fit smaller than the rest. I probably should have returned them.BUT My 30 days had passed before I wore them luckily I purchased them bigger than my actual size. My issue is having to pay to have all of them hemmed properly SUCKS! :(

These pants are a new favorite! I recently bought my third pair. I sized down one size and they're the perfect fit. The first 2 pair I ordered were my normal size medium, and a medium petite. They both fit well and I love having the different length options depending on how I want to style them, but the small feels best out of the 3.
