I don't know who made up that sizing guide but obviously if you are a women's medium you shouldn't order the medium if that is also supposed to fit a men's medium. I got these matching for my boyfriend and I. He's 6'2" so I got them in tall and they're a bit longer than we would've liked. However mine, which I got petite because I'm 5'1" for wonderful.
