I don't know who made up that sizing guide but obviously if you are a women's medium you shouldn't order the medium if that is also supposed to fit a men's medium. This is my second pair, so I like them a lot. They are more of a men's fit, though, so I size down to an x-small from a small (I wear a 2 and I'm 5'3"). Perfect length, really soft, not too thick so I don't overheat.

These are just okay. I've washed them three times and they're very pilled already so I don't expect them to last long. But I like that they're 100% cotton and have pockets. Size is tough, I'm a women's M or L and needed these unisex pants in a L

Super soft and comfy, just wish the logo waistband could fold over nicer. I honestly thought the logo waistband was always showing but you need to fold it, and it doesn't always fold nicely. Love everything else about it though!

I have always purchased GAP's pjs for my children, myself, and grand children. The quality is always above standard. You cannot go wrong with the flannels pants and matching tops.
