I wear a straight 9 and these shoes were too big for my average width size 9 feet. They slipped off my feet when I tried them on and had at least a whole shoe size of space in the toe area. I would suggest sizing down.
I'm always a size 9 in shoes, and I rarely size down, but I wish I had read the reviews and ordered an 8 or at least an 8.5. These shoes run very big. I have long, narrow feet, and these shoes just slip right off at the back of your heel, making them extremely uncomfortable to walk in. So uncomfor...table, in fact, that I couldn't walk home from work and had to take a cab! I really wish I could exchange these, as I was excited for a pair of brown flats. Very disappointed in this :(

These are super soft and light to wear, a great colour. The only downside is there is a small tendency to slip off the heel, but I do have narrow feet.

I'm so sad about these shoes -- they look great. The navy blue is a really pretty "neutral" and the shape of the toe box is classic without looking dated or boring. The two big problems with these shoes are that the soles have literally zero traction (I can't even get a grip on my carpeted floor) and the scrunched backs won't stay on my heels to the point that they're basically flipflops. I've always been a size 8 shoe, even at Gap, so these are really baffling.

These are nice flats and they fit well but follow the sizing chart for shoes. I measured my foot per the chart and ordered size 8, but I'm usually an 8.5. Bonus at a sales price too. I wish every retailer had this measurement chart and made it a standard for sizinng for the shoes they sell. Thank you GAP!

Very comfortable, versatile and cute! I'm a 7,5 so it's rare that I can order from Gap. I had read reviews and they ate about a 1/2 size bigger. I bought the brown and navy.
