I ended up coming back and buying them in every color because it's so incredibly hard for me to find jeans I don't have to cut and use fabric tape for the hem. I love these!
My usual size 29S is too tight. Also, the Medium Indigo has a strong, musty chemical smell. A couple of stars b/c I like the 90s style and the inseam length was accurate - similar to the model photos.

I am 5'2 118lbs and the 27 regular fits like an ankle jean for me. I exchanged it from a 26P which was slightly too short and tight in the hips for me due to no stretch in the waist band. My mom who is 5'0-5'1 about 120lbs loved the 27R and took it for herself so I ordered a second pair. The color is a lovely washed black. I'd buy another pair when it goes on sale.
