Order one size smaller than normal. Straps come in a little baggie rather than attached to dress. I ordered a tall size so it wasn't so mini on my 5'8" frame.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience shopping online with Gap. I ordered a beautiful printed linen dress, but instead, I received a completely different item — a pair of BR Sloan pants. This is incredibly frustrating and careless. To make matters worse, just last week, another order arrived missing multiple items from the package. At this point, I no longer trust Gap's online ordering process and won't be shopping online with them again. Ugh.

I ordered the black print in a size small tall. For sizing reference I'm 5'7", 130lbs and a 34D. The style and print are really cute and the dress is good quality. However I could've sized down to an xsmall. It was a bit loose overall and I wanted it to be fitted. I ordered the tall for more length and I'm glad I did - the hem was still 2 inches above my knees.
