Ordered a size up based off the reviews and the dress fits large. Usually alternate between a small and medium (34 inch bust, 28 waist, 38 hips). The chest is extremely loose. However, it's cute and comfortable.
Well made dress and the color is true to the picture. The bust part of it fits like a large and the body of it fits like a small. It hits well above the knee.

Really cute pattern and style, but the top bust area is a little too loose around the chest and I'm not small-chested. Also, it's really short, I got the tall even though I'm a regular usually and it made it a perfect mini length
