    5'4 130, bought a medium which is perfect. The straps are adjustable . A small would fit but it may become too short or little girlish looking so I stayed with a medium. Nice and lightweight for the summer. Looks cute with a jacket or cardigan . I loved it so much I bought the black and denim.
