Ordered a size up based off the reviews and the dress fits large. Usually alternate between a small and medium (34 inch bust, 28 waist, 38 hips). The chest is extremely loose. However, it's cute and comfortable.
I bought this on final sale for a great price. Because of the no stretch, I went with an L petite. But even in the petite sizing, it fits really large on top -- I don't know if I have a "short" chest or whatever, but the dress is far too long for me in the chest and is also quite roomy in the chest ...as well. I'm not sure yet if I would shell out extra money for alterations or just deal with it.

I've been searching quite sometime for petite summer dresses and I think I finally found the Gap to be the store. This was the first of 6 dresses to arrive and it fits so well and is very pretty on. The others are super lightweight and you couldn't beat the sale price on all of them.
