Love this bag! Used as a work bag for a recent trip and it was perfect for travel and work use. Was able to fit my laptop, charger, personal items, etc. it's a little puffy, but works well if you clasp the hook. Received complements on it. I purchased in chocolate and will get the navy of it goes on... sale! Buy it!!
It looks a lot better on the pictures in my opinion! I was excited to get another different purse for traveling so I am not always carrying my LV Neverfull. I saw the green and was like I have to have it! Seeing it in person, the quality is not what I'm use to from Gap. I believe I will be returning.... The size is great, but the quality just does not match the price.

Good quality vegan suede shopper. Bag is a beautiful rich chocolate brown colour and will compliment many different outfits. It's a lot bigger than I anticipated, but a great bag to carry laptop, and other essentials to and from work. Pleased with my purchase.

I wouldn't believe all the hype. This bag isn't comfortable or built to hold much without killing your shoulder. Not the best bag for work/laptop as i originally hoped. Past the return window or I would return it.

Love it! I gave it a 4 just because I wish it had one more pocket as it's big bag and can't quite fit phone and keys in the one pocket, but there is a little purse with zipper included and it's nice for holding lipgloss etc. Another great find from GAP!
