I am in love with the length and looser fit of these running shorts! They fit beautifully true to size without any need to tug or rearrange! The taller waistband is a plus, helping the shorts stay in place without rolling. I could seriously wear these every day and not just for running. The orange c...olor is so fun but not as fun as the pockets!
Nice and lightweight. I have athletic thighs (no thigh gap in sight) and a butt and these just could not accommodate them. I size up in shorts and accept that the waist will be a little loose in order to fit the hips, but couldn't have gone another size up. If these had a split seam on the side they...'d be great.

Other reviewers are right, there is a fair amount of fabric in the front of the shorts. I still thought they were pretty cute and very comfortable, so at the sale price I decided they were worth keeping. The burgundy with blue trim is a cute color combo, though I will say it is not very versatile

It's hard to find athletic shorts that aren't too short, don't have the side slits AND have usable pockets. These work for all those. However, they're awkwardly baggy like wearing a diaper. Flowy in the front and I do not have anywhere near a flat stomach. I kept them because they were on sale and I'll just wear them with a longer shirt to walk the dog.
