I'm 5'8 and usually a medium in Gap tops. I got this in both M and S-Tall, and the small in tall is great. My normal size M is a little frumpy on me - i.e., I don't think it works as oversized; it just looks weird. BUT, the S tall is great. I'm def not a small usually, and not a tall in Gap sizing -...- so don't be afraid to size down or get a tall to balance out the proportions. Great fabric, love the boat neck.
1. size down unless you want over sized I ordered S, M would have been really loose 2. this is yet another mocha attempt, more of the never ending greige faded out look. Is it pretty yes, but if you are a med complected person it kinda falls flat because it fights the warmth in your skin tone, what...ever happens to a chocolate brown and creamy browns, in the picture it looks more warm.

Being short,I am appreciating the crop top look as they just look like a top that fits me. I wish there had been some stretch in the fabric. It fits perfectly but being all cotton, I am worried that it will shrink. I typically wear a size medium in gap tops with an occasional size large. In this top I purchased an xxs and an xs. The xs provides a little more room but the xxs also works. One slight issue is the arm circumference. They fit quite snugly. Perhaps if one purchases their regular size and doesn't mind the voluminous fabric around the waist, the arms would fit fine. I particularly like the heft of the fabric as it feels substantial. Next time please put a little Lycra in the fabric to make it perfect.

Gap has been SO good lately! I've been trying to switch to organic cotton and natural fibers without spending a fortune, and it's surprisingly hard to find pieces that aren't overpriced. This one is made of thick, heavy organic cotton, and the quality feels great. The color is a cool-toned neutral, which works perfectly with all my leggings, especially when black feels too harsh. Such a great find! I wish they had the same material for a short to mid sleeve for the gym.
