Inspired by our archival Long and Lean fit, we brought back this favorite but modernized it. Low rise. Clean bootcut leg. And all in comfort stretch denim.

Fit: Fitted in the waist. Slim through hip & thigh with a full-length, bootcut leg.
Fabric: 86% Cotton, 13% Recycled Materials, 1% Elastane.
Stretch: Stretch Jeans. Comfortable & designed to flatter.
Rise: Low Rise Jeans.
Look: A five-pocket jean in assorted washes.
Details: Zip fly & five-pocket styling.
Responsibly Made: This pair of jeans is part of our water-saving Washwell program. Compared with conventional wash methods, Washwell uses at least 20% less water and has saved over a billion liters of water since 2016.

I order all the time from the Gap. I thought I knew my stuff! Ha! I was so wrong. I received my order and everything was fine except the jeans were SUPER long. I think I ordered the Tall and not the Long. It could be the other way. I honestly don't remember. I ended up at Oak Brook Gap. The staff were wonderful. And one particular employee went out of his way to help me. Everything worked out perfectly and I get nonstop compliments.

The black wash jeans fit true to size and are very flattering. They fit perfectly after washing and putting in the dryer The dark indigo in the same size are baggy in the butt however the size smaller were slightly tight in the waist. I expected they would also shrink a bit when washed but they did not so they are not flattering. It is frustrating with sizing inconsistency so be mindful when buying

I have consistently worn a size 29 in GAP jeans and previous iterations of the Long & Lean. I could barely even get these up over my hips, let alone zipped. What happened to the sizing??? Quality seems fine. Color was as expected.

But alas, they do not work for me. Too tight in the waist and thighs, not really the right length (petite too short and regular short is still too short) and the fit just isn't right. My 40 year old self would have rocked these - pink cords are THE BEST. I'm 5'4" and 125 lbs - I ordered a 26 at first, then two different 27s... 28 is normally too big for me and now it's sold out in regular length. My bad.
