I was a little concerned about length when purchasing, but at 5'4", I would even feel comfortable wearing it to work. I plan to wear this for Thanksgiving and I think it could be dress...

This skirt is beautiful and of great quality. While it is a bit short, it's appropriate with tights or in tall. I also notice that the bigger your lower extremities, the shorter and tighter it is, so I would go up a size if curvy, like me. Navy blue is very nice and brilliant, the extra layer makes it less flimsy and more durable! Fun for a girls night or in office with tights/stockings. Get it!

I hate that this is out of stock in a size smaller, but thankfully with a belt I can make it work. It's so well made and flattering, really wish they'd still had black in stock when I ordered, but the navy and grey are both very cute!
