Great quality jeans that are comfy but very baggy for women. I previously tried on the extra baggy jeans and they were way too baggy, but I like the bagginess of these jeans. I bought the smallest size available in the shortest length (size 28 with 28 length). They're quite baggy and would fall dow...n without a belt. However, I'm planning to wear a belt with these jeans and have them sit low-rise so the waist being too loose doesn't bother me. Because of how low the jeans can go, I have to fold the bottom of the jeans (given I'm 5'1, 110 lb). I'm a true 25 regular - short in women's and the Gap unisex size chart converts size 28 to 25-26, but I would say it's more like 27-28 in women's.
Not sure how these have such great reviews. The length on these is fine if you want the length shown in the modeled images, but if not, and you want a more standard length, these run about 3" longer AND wider in the waist, than standard jeans. Ordered normal size, because of how long the crotch/rise... of the pant is, that affects how long the inseam appears. So for preferred fit, had to hem them 3" so the hem hit at the same spot a standard pant of the same inseam would fit, and also had to take in the waist literally 3". The waist difference i find to be the larger issue. Men dont have hips in the same way women do to catch the extra "low rise" wider fitting waist band. And even if worn lower, that would then make the pant EVEN MORE excessively long than they already are. The waist band (i measured) factually does not match what was ordered. I ordered a 32 waist, the pant waist was closer to a 35-36". So they are oversized in every regard. Very poor fit design for these. It absolutely should be possible to make a WIDE/ BAGGY pant- WITHOUT making the length and waist width not make proportional sense whatsoever. I repeat- you can make a wide pant leg without also making the waist and length disproportionately oversized. Its called garment pattern grading. Not happy with the purchase due to all the tailoring. I would have exchanged- but gap doesnt do exchanges. They do returns and reorders. Which is a flawed, tedious process for multiple reasons. So i opted for tailoring as that genuinely feels less painful and time consuming than having to monitor a return, a refund, a reorder, and a price adjustment after the fact, all while hoping the replacement does go OOS in the mean time. Expected better from such a large company.

It's the same as the picture The hat and the beanie I bought together were terrible, so I feel like I bought a pair of jeans without sale It's been a while since I bought it from Gap, but the experience is very bad. Previously, the quality was basic, but it feels worse or similar than h&m

I've been a longtime Gap customer, and these jeans are perfect for my teenage son! He has a small waist and long legs, and Gap is the only place I can find great-quality jeans in a 29x32. He loves the style and comfort. I even bought multiple colors and doubled up on his favorites. I'd love to see more waist/length options in more styles! #sweepstakes
