Shirt is nice and soft, I won't ever put it in the dryer. I am 5'10" 225 and ordered a L. My body type provides challenges when it comes to polo shirts so I ordered a tall. The shirt seems to be a bit smaller than L in other brands but it's nice material was fairly priced and there isn't a logo on t...he shirt which is like the greatest thing ever in my opinion. It still looks good and if I can put down the cheese burgers and pizza it would fit wonderfully.
I find that most Gap shirts are designed very well. But this polo has a few issues for me: 1) The lower collar button (there are 2 shirt buttons) is very low so the collar is open very wide and fits like a flat collar. 2) The sleeve ends are quite loose and could be tighter or use some elastic. 3) T...he shirt has no shape. My older Gap polos fit great. Pros: the quality seem very good, the black color is very dark with nice fabric.

I ordered 2 polos: 1 blue, 1 yellow. Both from the same country of origin, same fabric content, same season of release. Blue fit perfect. Was soft. Appeared to have been garment washed, as the tag had slight blue staining. The yellow was almost a full size larger. Stiff and scratchy fabric. Did not appear to have been garment washed. This sort of inconsistency sucks because it makes it very hard for us as consumers to select the right size. What a weird area of inconsitency as well. I wonder if they came from different factories, or if a process step just randomly got cut/added for a certain batch. I miss the 90s and early 2000s when products were still reliable quality.
