My husband 6'0" 200 lbs wears regular Large and it fit well! It is a relaxed, slightly slouchy fit. Material was comfortable.
The positive reviews must have been written before washing or wearing. I bought my husband and son's each one of these at the store, in person. We followed instructions and still the sweaters were unwearable after 2-3 wearings and washing. They pilled and looked cheap and worn.

The sweater fits well and is a nice color. The V stitching is awkwardly large - it looks fine from a distance, but up close looks not quite right. The "cashsoft" feels a bit cheap - I wonder how long this will last.
