Getting a Price Adjustment
If an item you've purchased has gone down in price, you can request a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order date.
Items purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren't eligible for a price adjustment unless you used only a free shipping discount. See the specific promotion for details.
Note: “Final sale” items are not eligible for a price adjustment.
To Get a Price Adjustment
Within 14 days of your order, contact us.
Have your order number ready if you call (it's on your shipping confirmation email).
Note: Price adjustments for online purchases cannot be made in a store.
What happens next?
If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we refund you the difference in your original form of payment, such as the credit card you used.
