As other review stated, this is not 100% cotton. it is much thinner than the stripped version. will be returning

I got the dark denim w/gap bear on the pocket, white, wnd denim stripe. I am 5ft 2, pear shaped, mir forties. I could have gone with a size small but I got a medium for a comfortable look. I wear these with capri cropped leggings and leather skinny flip flops. It is the perfect casual attire for california, feeling put together for the summer but casual - great for running errands, farmers market, casual appoitments etc. It covers my bottom, roll the sleeves up, un button top and bottom two buttons, sports bra/bralette underneath.

this Petite sized big shirt was very very wide, too big for my small frame, but still a nicely made shirt. Let me note here that the tag inside this dark indigo colored shirt says the fabric is 76% cotton, 24% lyocell. I need to return it.

for millennials and younger, this may not be sufficiently oversized in the way you expect. for genX and up, you'll find this truly oversized in a comfortable non sloppy way. nice quality and construction. This isn't heavy denim at all, but nor is it poplin light. it's a medium weight and nice cotton. I ordered a medium, and I found the sleeves went too far up my forearms when I moved around, so I returned. I am 5'7 145, so I expected medium to be more generous.

I usually wear a medium in more fitted tops. I bought the regular XS in medium wash. I previously bought the UltraSoft Denim Oversized Shirt in regular small (which I love), and the Denim Big Shirt in XS fits similarly through the shoulders and chest, but a bit roomier through the waist and hips - which is perfect for me. The fabric is soft and light - perfect for covering up on hot sunny days. The colour is a bit lighter than shown in the photo, but I'm very pleased with the look of this shirt!
