I originally got the M petite but was swimming in it & sized down to the XS petite which fit much better. Gap sizing seems to run very large. I'm 5'2 & in the 135-140 lb range for anyone considering the skirt. The length and amount of material works much better in XS. I love that there are pockets! From what I can tell it's not see through, feels like a great classic as I've been trying to switch to 100% cotton #sweepstakes

gapcanada.ca/I ordered an XS Petite and it was still too large - I would size down one from your normal size. Even in Petite, it was to the floor on me. It is also a very full skirt with a lot of fabric, something to consider.
