#sweepstakes The fabric and cut of the legs is fine - classic GAP, however the waistband elastic is really tight. I ordered the size I usually do, Medium, but the waist was a size too small. The elastic is sewn in, so there is no way to adjust the tightness.

The sweats are really soft and comfy. I like that they are straight leg but not too wide and not too baggy. I feel like they are still somewhat flattering. They have a drawstring but the elastic keeps them up so it doesn't matter.

I'm not sure I've ever found a softer pair of sweatpants! The waistband is comfy and transitions well into the hip/leg area so that the pants are flattering; so many with elastic waistbands are not. They're true to size. I'm 5'5" and wear a size 10 in most pants, and the M fit well. At my height, the length will be perfect with athletic shoes. Also, the navy is a "navy wash," which is more like a cross between charcoal gray and navy rather than the classic Gap Navy. They'll work well with a variety of colors.

I needed to replace a couple of pairs of old sweatpants and these are perfect, especially on sale. They're super soft, comfortable, and wash well. They'll be a great addition to my "walk the dog" wardrobe. One note, I ordered two pairs in my usual size (XS), and the waistband is a bit tight in both. I'm not sure if this is a fluke, but I don't want to size up because they fit well otherwise.
