As a 5'10 girlie, these pants are incredible. They run slightly oversized so I went for the 2 instead of the 4 so it was fitted around my waist but oversized around my hips and it's just the perfect pant. I get so many compliments on them regularly. I truly considered ordering a second pair of these pants to have a back up because I wear them so much but just ordered the jeans instead.

For a loose fit I typically take a 26 in Gap jeans. I wanted these to fit normally, so I went with a 25, which with my true size. They fit slightly looser than the model. They do start to stretch out throughout the day. I'm 5'7" with long legs and a short torso and the regular length is perfect, but I will definitely need to cold water wash and line dry to keep them from becoming floods.

In my regular size these were slightly too fitting in the abdomen area. I originally left the store without them because I feel like the fit is off. I went back the next to purchase the next size up. They're slightly loose in the abdomen area but because I love how comfortable they are and the color. I look forward to wearing them throughout Spring. If you're considering purchasing them I recommend trying them on first.

Beautiful fabric. Fits just right

I love Gaps loose fit jeans and have several pairs in the mid rise fit. I also love Gaps low rise jeans. I thought these khakis would be perfection, but they make me look like a rectangle from the waist down. The legs are more wide leg than loose and I actually think they'd look better if they were mid or high rise to elongate the body. With the low rise it makes the legs too squared off, at least on my frame (5'5", 140lbs). I ordered a size 6 and the waist is more snug fitting than usual (and definitely more snug than my loose fit jeans) but still comfortable, nicely form fitting in the hips/butt area and very wide in the legs. The regular length hems are about an inch from the floor. I LOVE the fabric, soft and lightweight but still structured and the khaki color is perfect. If the legs were not so wide I would definitely keep them and hope Gap makes more khakis with this fabric in a straighter or even boot cut style.

I ordered one size up from my usual size 10 petite because I wasn't sure of the fit. Glad I did. It's a comfy loose fit on the waist and hips. The material is soft and keeps it shape when worn.
