Beautifully cut linen skirt. Hidden flat elastic band at waist is very comfortable. The long lean cut with a just perfect height side slit is so beautiful. The cut of the skirt flares slightly towards the bottom and so it's not a skinny, pencil skirt. I love it and bought it in 2 colors. I lov...e that it's not lined, as the hot Texas summers make those unnecessary and unwanted. 5'2" 100lbs. XXS fits like a dream. I only just got home with the two skirts and have not yet washed these, and am hoping they will hold up well. I have not shopped at the GAP in at least 10 years and was so happy to see the new line of clothes that seem to be good quality and good design. GAP needs to keep it up...if the quality is there, customers will come back..even after 10 years.
The waistband is a little tight to pull up over my hips comfortably and I am a solid Medium at the Gap. I was able to wear it, but it just didn't feel great. The elastic is wide and, even though it didn't feel cheap, it just didn't feel like something I was going to want to wear on repeat. The side ...slit is ok, but the length is that midi length that really doesn't hit right and can't decide if it wants to sit higher or lower. The fabric felt fine and I was a little surprised that it fell loosely around my hips. I would recommend this to the friend I know it would work well on, but in general, this isn't a piece I would tell all my friends I love.

gapcanada.ca/I am obsessed with this skirt. First bought it in the brown gingham, and could not get over how flattering the fit is. I. 5'9" 148lbs and it fits like it was tailored to my body. I've since bought it in two more colours. Love the broad elastic waist, it sits nice and flat on the tummy. Again, so flattering. It's just perfect. Would love to see this same type of fit in other bottoms, including a knee-length skirt.

I have a few of these, they fit perfect, not snug. True to size. I sized up to a medium from a small and kept both sizes. Both fit well, one with a tad more room. #sweepstakes.

I didn't think this piece was high enough quality for the price. I ordered the blue polka dots and the wrong side of the fabric was white, making it look cheap. The elastic was soft and of good quality, but it felt unfinished. I liked the style of the skirt, and think it would be better in a solid colour.

Beautiful skirt! For reference, I'm 5'5", 130 lbs, and got the XS. It fits great, but I do wish it had a zipper because it can be a little tight pulling it up over my thighs. It's double lined, so it's not see through at all. The slit is pretty high, but it's placed in a way that your leg doesn't show much when you walk. I've worn it to work with heels and it looks so cute while still feeling professional. I loved it so much that I also bought it in red with the matching top. Now I just want it in more colors! #sweepstakes
