Not sure why this skirt is getting so many bad reviews. I wear a lot of skirts and absolutely love the fit and material of this one. The brown gingham is slightly see thru so I'll likely wear a slip under, no biggie. The slit is way too high so I'll adjust that, no biggie. I plan on ordering more c...olors.
The waistband is a little tight to pull up over my hips comfortably and I am a solid Medium at the Gap. I was able to wear it, but it just didn't feel great. The elastic is wide and, even though it didn't feel cheap, it just didn't feel like something I was going to want to wear on repeat. The side ...slit is ok, but the length is that midi length that really doesn't hit right and can't decide if it wants to sit higher or lower. The fabric felt fine and I was a little surprised that it fell loosely around my hips. I would recommend this to the friend I know it would work well on, but in general, this isn't a piece I would tell all my friends I love.

Beautiful skirt in an on-trend colour. Lovely chocolate brown and a natural material. I'm 5'6'' and approximately 132 lbs, purchased the small and it fits perfectly pre-wash. The elastic waistband gives a tiny bit of 'woggle room'. I will be hand washing and hanging to dry nonetheless.

Ordered petite which is a good length for 5'3". The skirt is a nice shape, comfort elastic band and fits to size. I ordered white; it is not a true white; hard to work with this colour. The fabric , with the lining, is not sheer however, there is little texture to the fabric so it looks more like a sheet than a linen blend skirt. Probably better in a different colour.

The linen on this was better than the linen Gap pants I tried, much softer. I Usually wear a large or a size 14 pants but ordered an extra large to accommodate my ample thighs which worked well but then the waist was a bit too big. The waistline is a large flat elastic waist with no drawstring or zipper. I found the light blue colour a bit flat and mousy with no vibrance. I would say this fits true to size and is of decent quality,
