This was a great choice and I have zero regrets. The sizing was accurate and the fit is flattering — it falls exactly as I expected. The design is clean and the hem detail is a standout feature. I was a little hesitant about the low-rise cut, but it's not extreme at all; the rise sits at an ideal height that feels comfortable without being too revealing. Overall, a well-made pair of jeans that delivers on both style and fit.

My first pair of Long and Lean was almost 21years ago…I STILL own them. Of course there were years I couldn't put a leg in them but when you find "the Jean"…you don't forget it and take care of them. I am sad to say that my 21 year old pair must retire (I'm not a patch person & now they are huge) as they have a LONG rip in an odd area. lol. Can't want to stock up for life!

Took a few times to get the right size and wish they carried petite in the stores and not just online to try on. The mailing back and forth kind of a drag. I bought white, black, and two denim blue rinses. Fit like a dream. Petitie girls: note that the "S" is not going to give you the shorter length you need. You need to go to petite. Even if you need to size up on the number - do that and then petitie. I feel like these were made just for me. GAP: consider making these in colors - red, pink, for ex? Be great.

I usually wear a size 28/6 at Gap for pants. These were very loose in the waist so I had to order 27/4 which isn't a size I normally wear. But they are super cute and very fun for summer wear.

Impossible to find short or petite lengths anywhere. Ordered these blind. They are good fit and quality; what you expect from GAP. However, would prefer the leg/thing to be tighter, slimmer fit. They are a bit loose around the thighs; 5'4" and 95lbs, bought size 0 if that helps

I'm 5'6" 175lb apple shape - these are more like a low-to-medium rise for me, not too low but for my body type a front tuck usually looks better in this rise than high rise. Love the leg shape. I like the two indigo shades with the thicker seam at bottom cuff - very cute. They do stretch a bit with wear so I'm keeping two sizes (30 and 31) so I have some flexibility. Returned the white pair - they were too see-through where the white of the pocket material was very visible and just not a nice opaque solid white denim .

Wanted to love these but they were really tight around my thighs.

I bought this because of the sailor pants. I bought it in 2 colors and when I went to put it on it barely got it past my thighs. I'm not a slim person so I think if anyone has a curvier figure the sizing will be off.
